Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication.

Connected Platform Data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook) or Shopify accounts, we access data from those platforms on your behalf, including:

• Meta: Ad account details, campaign data, ad performance metrics, creative assets, and audience insights.
• Shopify: Store information, order data, product data, and customer analytics (aggregated).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with AdForge, including pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication state and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the AdForge platform.
• Display your advertising campaign data and analytics.
• Generate reports, forecasts, and performance insights.

3. Data from Third-Party Platforms

Data retrieved from Meta and Shopify APIs is used solely to provide the AdForge service to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your connected platform data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your use of Meta and Shopify data through AdForge is also subject to those platforms' respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Authentication). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
• Access tokens stored in Firebase Secret Manager, not in databases.
• Firestore security rules enforcing per-organization and per-brand data isolation.
• Firebase Authentication for all access control.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and connected platform data for as long as your account is active. Campaign performance data is retained for historical analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

AdForge integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, hosting, and cloud functions.
• Meta (Facebook) Marketing API: Ad campaign data retrieval and management.
• Shopify Admin API: E-commerce data for revenue attribution.
• Google Gemini API: AI-powered creative analysis and generation.
• Replicate API: AI image generation for creative assets.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
